Our very own Dr. Leelannee Malin delivered career advancement and leaderships strategies to a packed house at the inaugural Minority Women in Sports Summit in Washington DC.
The summit, which took place on Saturday, May 3 was attended by women in the sports industry spanning various career stages.
Malin shared 10 tips to help women of color to develop and grow their leadership brand in the industry. Tips included the importance of understanding power structures, navigating relationships and the necessity in being transformative instead of transactional.
